The method of shipment used to fill your orders, and the shipping costs, will vary depending on where you are located, and which products you order. --- The below details are for standard shipments. If you require overnight or "delivered before a specific date" shipping, write your instructions in the checkout comments, and the extra shipping costs will be assessed separately.     The Dream Shop products shipping from Ann Arbor, Michigan via USPS or UPS Ground usually ship on the same or next business day, and will arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 10 business days after that, depending on your location.


  • Return Policy
  • You may return most items sold by The Dream Shop within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund
    (less the amount incurred for shipping).
    If the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a full refund.
    We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
    Any lower body undergarments or swimwear.
